Frequent layoff before bonus and appraisal especially for experience folks across Marketing, HR and Finance. Very low appraisal numbers with biased appraisal, strict office working no Wfh. Weekend working is a norm here.Huge attrition due to last few years. Management is baised towards tenure employees hence not much growth for new joiners. Recently bouncer hired for layoffs and it's all over social media. Using outdated technology and currently surviving on investor money since company is burning money with no profitable vision in sight. Join only if you are at home and in desperation or else you will ruin your career.

No appraisals. No job security as company is laying off 50% people. Worst company to work. The management has no idea about how to run the company. No clear communication from HR team. NEVER JOIN MEDIA NET.

Horrible Working Culture and Middle Management. When I resigned, I got ghosted by my manager and my colleagues even on the office chats. Very rude and demeaning manager. I resigned months ago but I still get panic attacks.

Both PF contributions is taken out of employees salary. Hence, many people don't opt for PF here while joining
