Medi Assist company is a good company. As comparison other customer care service. This company service is so good. Work pressure is manageable. Manager, T. L and office staffs are good. Good culture, maintained rules and regulations. Work environment is good, teammates are good. Training section is the best.

...,no idea what she has do as a HR , she never picked the call infrom the process. More over be sure about the salary pacakge they dont know to negotiate. If you get Opportunity in this company collect confromed you job, salary and joining date , any thing can be changed in hours after you get slected in the phone call.
