No hike, no promotions, over burden, politics, dynamics, groupism, favouritism, low salary 20k for freshers ,changing rules and regulations ,no value for doctors, worst managers and HR, HR always support senior managers they have no role in mediassist if any issue arises for common employes they always support senior managers,
Dr.Poulomee is the worst senior manager
No hike, no promotions, over burden, politics, dynamics, groupism, favouritism, low salary 20k for freshers ,changing rules and regulations ,no value for doctors
...and pressure continue to increase daily, with no additional benefits or support.
*Concerns:*
- Lack of career advancement opportunities
- Inadequate compensation and benefits
- Insufficient recognition and appreciation
- Excessive workload and pressure
- No work-life balance
If you are rich and you want to work for namesake not bothered about salary then mediassist would be better option for you.
Work life balance is good but it depends upon the team which you are joining.
Salary is too less to survive in society, if you are fresher then you don't expect that you will be earing good( fresher salary will be 20k in hand that is max), if you are doctor simply don't join they will make you work as slave then whenever they feel that you are not meeting up targets, then they will force you to resign and moreover if you are leaving you have to surve minimum 30 days notice period then you will get your salary after 45 days that means you have to wait for 2 months to get final settlement.
Helpful colleagues and team.
Understanding humane nature in the office
Incentives for extra work done.
Dislikes
Too much pressure from higher ups sometimes and salary is very less
Not flexible working hours and target based work.
Always making people who already do their sufficient more work than necessary.
