... can try in other department they are supportive and u can learn lot of thinks.. And the package is good accept Cpc team... Why the Cpc team is worst because they only support there relatives who does not even give there 100% in work but also they are provided with good hike... I have given my 300% in work without any extra money I have worked for like 16 to 18 hours for almost 2 years but also we are not eligible for good hike....

I did not get any knowledge from my manager or team leade me myself got to know about the process and medi Assist by asking from employees who were good to me...

Working in mediassist was very good experience, the management is very good and supportive the company policies like EL,CO, SL, WO all are provided and the colleagues come from different cultural backgrounds, and we work happily and we actually enjoyed our work

Compensation is good but growth is slow, sometime work pressure is very very high

The only good thing is salary is credited timely every month.

Lot of learning... If want to understand health insurance and processing in its core, this is the place... Instead of job, if we think as paid internship, learning and the compensation will make us satisfied.

No hike, no promotions, over burden, politics,dynamics,groupism, favouritism,low salary 20k for freshers ,changing rules and regulations ,no value for doctors, worst managers and HR, HR always support senior managers they have no role in mediassist if any issue arises for common employes they always support senior managers, Dr.Poulomee is the worst senior manager
