Medi Assist company is a good company. As comparison other customer care service. This company service is so good. Work pressure is manageable. Manager, T. L and office staffs are good. Good culture, maintained rules and regulations. Work environment is good, teammates are good. Training section is the best.

No job security work culture only policitis bad management worst company policy

No growth or recognition for work. very bad don't join here.have to work 24/7 for the less salary they pay and will use hr policy only to tell the employees on how they can be removed from work have attend traning all their traning and still complete their work like employee should not have personal life should only work for company

Compensation is in Average , but growth is slow. The work pressure is not too high. managers do appreciate in mail, msgs but during mid-year appraisals it mostly go unnoticed.
