You can learn things here whole year but don't ask for appraisal. Because they have 2 cr turnover but they are not giving any appraisal to you so think about this. Only Lucknow Employees gets benefits of anything from company side. A very big company.

... office but there is no fix timing of exit. 2 You will never get appraisal here. 3 They will never give your salary after the resign. 4 There is no HR Policy. 5 Very lala type company. 6 There are lots of politics. 7 In short avoid joining here.

Salary on time, Consultation job, 10.00 to 07.00 job, Saturday half day or holiday. Anyone can learn about estimation of Transmission line, substation, IEC IS standards.

Job security, you have to search job before Project completion.

Working culture good, Management takes concern on issues raised time to time, Recognition, encouragement, amd motivation on accomplishment of task assigned or achievement of goals. Management try to put efforts in making team bonding within the team.

Dislikes

No benefits/perks/facility/remuneration/site refreshment/site vehicle/site accommodation other than salary. No deduction/contribution against EPF from Employee as well as Employer.
