It's a good and reputed institution to work.. We do get quality training sessions so that we can enhance our language as well as our knowledge and skills.

Dislikes

...balance work and life as we don't have holidays on most of the public holidays.. Salary increments and incentives are not given on a regular basis.

The listening portal are insufficient and most of the portals are damaged. And it is not yet repaired. So the faculties here are finding it difficult to deal that. We have submitted several request but not yet repaired.

everything ,even the staff and reporting authority, every employees are facing harassment by mentally and also mentally from the MD and other senior staffs, they are not aware about the trends and innovative ideas and if any junior staff shared an idea senior staffs will mentally harass and MD also supports them

Misleading pay info on hiring advert trainer salary is not fixed it is dependent on number of Students 30% of student package. But is advertised as 25 - 35K. If you join to make it work somehow by taking on loads of students, you are met with delayed payments and a pathetic service from the Accounts department who process pay incorrectly and then the staff have to run in circles to get the issue sorted, that is if they admit their error. Trainers loose pay if students are absent for their allotted classes or the trainer has to allocate unpaid days to cover leaves of candidates if they wish to get their pay in full. Payment is not monthly, it’s as and when the accounts department sees fit to pay, could take 7-10 days to process. So after conducting 36 days of classes including extra days to cover student absences you have to wait another 2 weeks to get paid, which means if you take 1 month classes you get paid 2 months after you start the classes. Even HR says they will sort it out and then no response. Embarrassing experience for the staff due to this lack of standard in Personnel management. I would want to recommend for the positives in my experience but any firm that plays around with the staffs pay is not worthy of a recommendation as a place to work.
