If every corporate company will appreciate it's good employee in written (not verbally) along with the good increment in salary then no employee, who has already been considered as good employee by the company or the employer itself, can submit his resignation from his responsibilities. I think maximum employees prefer to get respect on discharging their good quality work rather than the money. And if any employee worked 5 - 9 yrs in the company, the employer should give additional categorized certificate along with the normal working certificate on his resigning. Generally new hospital recruits the experienced employee ensuring that average performance of the hospital will going high in the sky. And once the particular hospital got the fame and high rank at state level & international level thereafter the management of the hospital starts his well known process of harassing the lower level employee by teasing them and telling them about their mistakes. It's wrong. Management should think that once u involve some greedy and selfish new employee as the member of the management team and continuing the above mentioned process of harassing the employee, the company's downfall starts instantly from that point and the company grabbed by multiple bad situation. This all happens because of immature management having the personal greedy thoughts of imembers of the management. Now, at the time of winding up my thoughts or views, it is only to say from my opinion that creditibility in growth of every company depends upon every employee.
