from stratagy to upper management all have no direction. no proper salary to employee,expense deduction,fresher candidate,no learning, high expectation,no career growth,no confirmation.

The products are good.Company strive to earn Brand image in market and work is focussed on the same principle. Team mates are hard working but feel insecure because of the high work load and job threatening verses.career growth minimal and innovative strategies are not attractive.Work life balance is thrown out because of certain policies and centre heads.

Work pressure high.Package less .Find faults with people who are loyal.
