Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Concern that allows to work freedom . No partiality from down level to top level management. Encouraged good and best ideas and new system.

Dislikes

There is no more bonus which is given in all Tamilnadu factories.

Mechtech knit fab is a export house. there is a internal testing lab ,i am working here since august 2018 .i am only person in lab and individual work and responsibility on me. Good management staff and intellectual and incisive BOSS.
