While we grow there are things that are evolving like any other growing company with regards to the policies but Mechispike makes sure none of their employees are affected by it.

Best thing is they are working with 12+ global clients and provides WFH , Best Professional work culture, best Leave policies and on time salary and also great learning opportunities Supports for skill enhancement by providing fees reimbursement of training institutes Best policies than any other MNC companies for medical benefits As working with multiple number of clients employees can switch to different clients and enhance their technical and professional skills and get diversified experience

Issues on the salary slip portal of company most of the times unable to download salary slips , need to mail to HR and wait for 1 day to get it .

I've been at Mechispike Solutions Pvt Ltd for about a year, and it's been a good experience. My role as Lead Software Engineer has me working with Robert Bosch, which has been rewarding. The people at Mechispike are honest and really supportive. They've got strong policies that benefit the employees, and you can always have a chat with the managers if you need to. The team members are kind and respectful too. Since starting here, I haven't run into any issues. The one thing that would make it even better is if Mechispike could set up an office in my hometown. That would be perfect. Apart from that, everything else has lived up to what I was looking for in a job.
