If you are a fresher its one of the best firms to start your career in consulting.You have a great learning exposure in first year but after that not so much.

Dislikes

Culture is very bad. No leaves- other than fixed in july and dec you will have hardly get leaves, sub par compensation, skill development outside of work is almost nill.Work life balance is bad but I dont think thats vad for a fresher. You are expected to live for MEC , so wfh and other benefits you get in other firms are non existent.

Management is supper supportive. Have Fixed 2 Holiday's period along with National Holidays which helps to relax mind. Great place for freshers for start there career with front end Management consulting, in short period of time interacting with client.
