Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. It is a best place to work, friendly managers, PL's, HR's and colleagues. The polices of the company are good. There will be fun activities every month. Did not faced job security issue. Excellent opportunities for skill development and career growth.

Nothing, No ethics, No professionalism, No Job Security anytime they can ask anyone to leave

Dislikes

Worst Company, They do not follow HR policies in company and the policies mentioned are manipulated time to time to harrash employees. Anytime they can ask anyone to resign or gives the threat to terminate the employees without any reason.
