Worst Company, They do not follow HR policies in company and the policies mentioned are manipulated time to time to harrash employees. Anytime they can ask anyone to resign or gives the threat to terminate the employees without any reason.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
