BI Team was good and structured. Team was small and even though, each person has their own roles, everyone worked as a single unit with great coordination. Had excellent support from team to do a lot of R&D, but there wasn't much support from other teams and management to incorporate them into final product for customers (internal or external). Work life balance was good, all we had to do was maintain atleast 8 hours in office, when we come and go is irrelevant (as long as we dont miss a meeting). There aren't any perks or additional benefits. Compensation was paltry compared to the work that was being done. Job security is also bad, as people

Self Learning, You can learn anything you want, as long as you can say why it will help the company.

Dislikes

Absolutely incompetent HR, who compiled a list of Worst of the Worst Corporate Policies and called it Company Policy. Incompetent Team Leads who cant realize who is working properly and who is not, and give more credit to those who complete the work fastest even if they have the highest no of bugs in the code. You can survive in this company as long as you can talk and not work. Once you start working properly you will realize the difficulty in working there.

India office is not good , no onsite, no outings , not much leaves , no job security, no bonuses , hikes are very less , no overtime pay , no cab facility
