Unfortunately, this company don't have any pros. Lack of positive aspects or benefits for its employees, making it a challenging and unfavorable work environment.

... no growth. Favoritism. politics exists, making employees difficult to progress. Low salary hikes, no training for freshers. Experienced employees face difficult obtaining experienced letter even after completing bond or even after notice period served they deduct your salary during settlement. Beware before joining, it might lead to a wasted career and time.

...d on top of that they expect employees to come to office during this risky time. If someone is leaving cause they are not providing salary and compensation promised this company does not even provide releiving letter and experience letter. If you are not in dying state do not join this company.Eve

...o job satisfaction and they find a great sense of relief in harrasing employees. Father of the owner runs the payment cycle and can deduct salary at will and if he had his way he would not have paid you and made you work for free.

Mckinsol is blessed with good capability to train freshers for future clients. , learning wise supportive seniors like sunpreet , udit , dIvyansh in SAP department are very helpful

Mr. Ashish who knows nothing about SAP is the offshore manager lol !!! Ashish believe he can hire 2 years experience sap consultant at 10,000 rupees. he doesnot now how to talk to employees

Indeed a good company and culture. People who are non-serious, do moonlighting and post all crappy messages about companies all the time. Or those who can not perform et all blame companies such as this although core at their heart they know what are they doing. If they have the guts write names and contact details - probably can not do that et all....Everyone needs good people and I can talk about McKinsol that it loves its people. McKinsol has a people-first mindset and accommodates a lot of nuances of demanding employees. That is why a lot of old timers stick and sometimes non-performers can keep sticking to keep receiving mentorship. The company is good in SAP and especially retail / fashion along with SAP BTP and Data. Its sister concerns are good in data engineering cloud and custom side together with AI ML

Life`s worst experience to join there, life`s worst decision to join there. No any single % professionalism to them. I`ll never recommend to anyone

Every day policies become change, you can`t take leave, no any professionalism, No any stationary given (I used to come by my own)
