... no growth. Favoritism. politics exists, making employees difficult to progress. Low salary hikes, no training for freshers. Experienced employees face difficult obtaining experienced letter even after completing bond or even after notice period served they deduct your salary during settlement. Beware before joining, it might lead to a wasted career and time.

If someone is leaving cause they are not providing salary and compensation promised this company does not even provide releiving letter and experience letter. If you are not in dying state do not join this company.Eve

...o job satisfaction and they find a great sense of relief in harrasing employees. Father of the owner runs the payment cycle and can deduct salary at will and if he had his way he would not have paid you and made you work for free.

Mckinsol is blessed with good capability to train freshers for future clients. , learning wise supportive seniors like sunpreet , udit , dIvyansh in SAP department are very helpful

Mr. Ashish who knows nothing about SAP is the offshore manager lol !!! Ashish believe he can hire 2 years experience sap consultant at 10,000 rupees. he doesnot now how to talk to employees
