Management treats equally. Company strictly follows safety rules which help us to do work smoothly.

one thing I don't like is there is no bonus/arrear system in our company which has to be include to encourage employee and from my opinion company should provide week off.

In this Company, only Foreman lead, Foremen don't respect to the Engineers and Managers of this company. And this is very bad for this company. And, Only Kerala People Support in this company.
