Likes

company promotes young talent and guide them to complete the projects. Management and superiors are always there to help out. work pressure and work load distributed in a systematic way for stress-free environment. we are all connected to management both professionally and personally. Management treats equally. Company strictly follows safety rules which help us to do work smoothly.

one thing I don't like is there is no bonus/arrear system in our company which has to be include to encourage employee and from my opinion company should provide week off.

If you get experience in this company then you get fully stable in this company.

Dislikes

In this Company, only Foreman lead, Foremen don't respect to the Engineers and Managers of this company. And this is very bad for this company. And, Only Kerala People Support in this company.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
