...nscious about these, worst infra, no cleanliness, pathetic washroom, no hygiene. It's not any multinational brand but lala company in totality, they pay your salary on 7-8 or could be 9th of every month so that the finance director could actually get some premium from employees salary.

No any support from company side and also no salary from month of April 2020 till now in covid-19 lockdown so you can think how we are manage our life without any support. And nobody has any information for company reopening.

Dislikes

Anyway company has not supported in covid-19 lockdown but they have created new rules for company employees that's in company favor.

Although it is pretended as a MNC culture, this is completely a one man show. What ever the main person thinks is correct and no body do not have guts to say anything against it..

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
