Environment is very good to work as we don't know the HR and all people we are working with are great and supportive and family environment is there

Salary is tooo lowwww and there is no job security any time they can remove you

The open door policy makes it very good for people down the line to get proper help in Time. People do care about how you work & they also do the needful help in some ways

...not that great as you're always involved in some or the other meetings always. Salary I won't even say anything for the work done it's bad.

...ronment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent .there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't adrees our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Mc Donald's in an MNC company, which gives us lot of opportunities and friendly staff to work with. And it is the best QSR in the food industry

sometimes it's hard to bare the words of the managers. And growth is very fast but the compensation doesn't be satisfying.
