They expect the employees to surrender and work for them 12 hrs with of course less salary and when you talk about the salary the topic gets changed or ignored and suddenly your performance is not more than average. About the boss Selfish and double faced person. Will give you new work and then forget to take the follow up like it did not exist. Hires employees blindly and gives them work which is not according to their profession. You will be compared all the time. Compared and make you feel that you are not working properly, not good enough. The company will not give you paid leaves and believe me cut your salary for every leave you take (KANJUS MAKHI CHUS HAI ) If you want to punish yourself and destroy your mental health you can join this company.

A joke of an office—it's more like a warehouse. No proper desks, no regular hours. They drop work on us at the last minute (mein koi bottle se nikla hua bhoot hu jo ek ke baad ek kaam dete he ja rahe ho), making us stay late for nothing. No bonuses, no respect, no thanks (chai-coffee ka bhi ginatey hai) Manager: This guy's the worst. He's just a assistant for the boss, making our lives miserable. Always interferes in employee's tasks, purposely giving bad feedback of co-workers to the boss so that their increment gets stuck and he himself takes credit & about a great hike in salary for no-reason. Only plays meeting-meeting with boss. Boss: The boss portrays himself as an expert but struggles to make independent decisions. He imposes meaningless tasks, no respect to employee's personal lives. Promises to provide with a monetary benefits, but the day never comes, when employees asks for the reward, he pin-points 100s other mistakes and refuses to do so. (DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY if you wanna live a peaceful life)
