there is no time u worked for company atleast 10 to 11 hours and no holiday only rotational off otherwise they not give any holiday there is no cl or pl if take any type off live you have to cover on working your rotational offs otherwise your salary deducted.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
