Seniors are not working sitting only doing time pass . Salary delay by 3 month. And after leaving the organisation it will be very tough to get your fnf. And when you resign they hold all 3 to 4 month salary. And you will regret of joinig this company.

How to steal employees money. How not to pay them for the tenure worked. One of the lawyer employee mentioned that how cunning this group could be and what extent they could go to not pay.

...or the company with constructive feedback. Zero corporate social responsibility. No care for employees and their end of service remuneration atleast salary for the period worked.

I had a good impression about the company when I was being interviewed.I thought the company is really good to work with.

I had a virtual interview with HR Iti Goel and Vinit.The interview went really good and I had a great interaction with them.I was fully satisfied with the interview and the people who were taking my interview.This interview lasted for 1/2hr and appreciated me for the things I had mentioned.I had this interview on 26.Aug.23.At the end of the interview,they told me to wait for few days until they come up with their review.I requested them to provide me the feedback whatever it will be.So,I waited for a week,I couldn't get any feedback from the HR.Next week,I tried to get in touch with them over call,but they told me to write a mail to HR,I did the same,but couldn't get any response till now.I was really excited to be a part of this company. Buy today is 7th sep.23,they didn't provide me any feedback till now.I had put on hold some companies where I was being shortlisted.They wasted my precious time, opportunities and the energy I spent on these useless people by waiting for their response.I still fail to understand why they didn't provide me with the feedback when I performed very well in the interview plus I had a 9 years of working experience plus good communication skills and all the skills a hard core sales person should posses.All I can say is they are unprofessional,insane people who are running the company plus their HR's are sleeping and their policy is dead and they don't have any channels for communication.

Oh Terrible! Without a proper reason, I got laid off and why would I recommend this organisation to anyone? I got laid off in the month of April and now it is September, I haven’t received my full and final settlement. Name me any organisation who does this! Fake promises and fake business.

They the management and it is a solo minded organization who dictate to all the downline. During pandemic, they dismissed me from my service. Now I have big financial troubles and all because of MBG Corporate Service.
