...rvisor due to this I have a great opportunity to learn and also gives direction. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

...lity there is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Likes

They focus for work there is no restriction for timing of reaching on site in the morning. You have to involve in the site to learn, how to deal with problems

Dislikes

Family base company all supervisors and incharge are full of family members so work completion responsibility on out sider (like site engineer). There no appreciation for good work. Company is full of politics.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
