...They would give you gud package but you r not aware of biggest scam behind this. Upto 1 year 15% of your salary would be deducted. The amount will be recover overall in 2.5 years in every 6 months installment after one year. No bonus, incentive, PF or OT would be given but amount will be credited after 3 months in your salary. Once your one year amount deducted then your time start to leave the company. If you shout or raise a voice to upper level or client either they will fire you or change the work because they make a gud reputation in front of client. No Fund accountant have a right to contact or send email to client for work only when there is a error. They will give you full freedom until 6 months because they know after that he has to serve 3 months notice period he can't go anywhere in that time.

If you have gud experience or knowledge. They will do anything to down your image because they don't have gud communication skill, experience, even will not be able to make understand client in language. They would feel you embarassing after giving very low level work. You will cry at home after seeing this. There are unity of seniors in each team.if You are not a likeable according to them they would make a plan, giving work w/o full training, leave you at full pressure work, no back up given, no leave, regularly make a plan to give you something new. Only two in HR team they have gud relationship with seniors because it is small company they are with this organisation from last 10 years. You can't do anything. They would send you warning letter immediate. 10 people sitting cafeteria, cockroaches are running on plastic plates which are old since 5 years. Poor meals quality with a cost of 60 Rs per plate rate ( overcooked, spicy & tasteless) no restaurant or any facility near company. No pen or copy available until you send email to admin team. Very shocking washrooms, no ventilation, no toilet paper, only one soup available, Breaking door,Cleaners spit gutka in the washrooms you can't even stand, poor toilet seats looks like MCD washrooms. Special cups & plates available for Management. No tour or events happens, coffee are given but half cup because only limited milk are available after that machine will be closed. There are no hiring for girls if anyone then she is in hell ( 3-4 girls out of 70). There are few process some provide drop facility but not for girls reason guard cost would be incurred. In & out punching system only for fund or senior Accountant not for everyone. Majority of seniors are from out of Delhi & Ncr they hire people from that area only (up, jharkhand or uttarakhand). You will not receive promotion because they have predefined answer you r in training period or have error emails from starting to show you if you say anything. Worst experience.

Never join this company company like rashan k dukkan no pf 3 month notice period.....,15% deduction till one yr it will be refund after 2 yr if u will work with company

No EPf, 3 month notice period, 15% salary deduction till 1 yr completed and it will be refund after 2.6 yrs if u left job before 2.6. yrs they forfeit your all amount...so pls never join this company

Nothing... Very bad experience with mb fund.. Bad environment.. They forefit your 15℅ salary amount for 2.5 yrs... 3 months notice period.. All goods comments are fake.. Don't believe it.. Office like a gali wali rassn k dukaan

Here, In this we have more opportunities to learn in deep about the private equity firm, from beginning to end process. End to end reporting activities are performing & maximum growth about the carrier.

Only good things is having good opportunities of learning things from beginning to end of operations, accounting, reporting and full package of financials preparation. People working till AVP level in service delivery team is very helpful and teach lots of things related to knowledge building.

Dislikes

People working in higher management especially directors are not matured enough, they do dirty politics and believe in supporting it. They never portrait the real things in front of management. They are egoistic in all way especially service delivery director. He always do and support things in his personal benefits and only listen to those who blindly making him happy. People at floor always suffers due to his bearocracy and will be suffering going forward as well if he continues doing this. He don't have much to do here now so he must be given some break if company wish to continue growth.
