...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Teacher community is very closely knit here. Amazing support from your HOD's and Vice Principal makes you want to work creatively and effectively.

Dislikes

Very less salary reduces the motivation to work. School takes forever to make a temporary employee permanent for the fear of giving them full scale salary. Leaves are tough to get sanctioned.
