Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The school stands with its teachers. It helps to groom you in a complete teacher by providing various opportunities to lead different roles and responsibilities. The working atmosphere here is too good., all thanks to the overly friendly and sweet staff and the heads are also extremely helpful.

The working hours have been disturbed due to Covid-19 but the teamwork makes it seem easy.

The scope of my work is in the role of PRT for the Primary section of the school. In my role of Home teacher, I am responsible for teaching all the subjects to the students in the Primary Grade. Apart from this I also take extra curricular activities.
