I really don't feel there is anything to dislike. My kid is also studying in the same school and being a parent as well, I am totally satisfied with everything.

I am extremely happy with my work life at mayoor. I teach physics to class XI and XII. I am really enjoying my work.

The school stands with its teachers. It helps to groom you in a complete teacher by providing various opportunities to lead different roles and responsibilities. Comfortable and employee friendly workplace. During this pandemic situation, Management helped us alot and is always ready to help to teachers. I am working here from last 4 years, wish to continue till my retirement beacuse of excellent work culture. Management helps teacher in brushing up or improving their skills which are going to help them in their online teaching or offline classes.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
