if you are a beginner and want to learn new skills then i think this si not good place to work as the management is not as per specific society rules, instead it works reversely

...t know what to say about these peoples they doesn't having at least basic sense. No job security zero compensation. Even false promises also done during recuritment time. So please be carefull

Good company... Food is good compare to other companies. Salary scale is high. You can smoke cigarettes. Good infrastructure. New machines. Rules must be made to make system smoother not a complex.

No performance evaluation.. No criteria for team leader or supervisor.. You will go with the same position you came with... Some Taiwanese are good some can eat your job. Different rules for administration department and different rules for plant departments. You have to check your attendance regularly. If you are present but system shows you are absent than they will cut your salary. Too far away from city. Mobiles aren't allowed. (Though hr and other their near by can use it. ) Zero trust on you. Seperate punching for plant and hr departments. Long lines for doing punching. On the name of 5S you will have to clean the floor. 1. hours away from sarkhej cross road. Even in case of immergency they will charge you for transportation. You can't travel in the other route bus ( meanwhile hr department can roam in any bus) Reserved seats for women ( discrimination) Uniform quality is too poor. ( you will look like a labour) Rules change overnight. Food and transportation isn't free. No medical insurance ( grot insurance is there)

Zero like. Hunter who is HR head thinks he is something. He is zero person , not like at all. Always not respect India and Indian. Shame on him.

All bad. Never join this company. No good pay, no leaves, no respect for people and education.
