Hardly any thing to mention good about the company.

... than 5 yrs I left the organisation and they did not paid my due of more than 1.25 L Rupees which includes a one month complete salary and other etc. however after spending so many years with senior management they did this to me, though I am not the employee lots of other examples too with the same case.

Ceo has a vision for a vibrant future. I like to listen to him speaking about his ideas. The print medium has gained fame all across it's clients and partners

Backstabbing, no plan or strategy for a 6 month market turnover. The head is himself staying in a fantasy land.

Working in Maxposure is like harrassing yourself.

Dislikes

They will never appreciate your work, they can call you anytime after working hours. They even doesn't pay full month salary from March 2020 till now. Managers behaviour are very bad, they don't even know how to talk professional. Even CEO of company is very non-professional. He used to talk shit in front of female colleagues.

As far as my experience goes at Maxposure, they follow strong ethics. Fortunately my manager was very professional and a good person. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

As per my experience I found everything was amazing and relaxed. But Yeah you have to perform in your domain otherwise no company will entertain you.
