Everybody knows inside out of the stuff they are working on. Technical knowledge is good.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. Salary is not in par with market standards and there is a huge pay discrimination inside the company itself. Freshers and person with 4+yrs experience are paid just because the experienced person started his career with low salary.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
