Pathetic salary structure thy give 15% bonus of base Given semi annually based on company perf percentage which was just 28% last quarter coming quarter its going to be 40% thy hardly reach 100% Too poor Don’t trust HR when thy tell you something About company perf percentage it’s going worst Joining bonus clawback period is bad thy don’t mention in letter thy consider 4 year clawback total for all th bonus of joining thy give Please give a second thought to come to this company

Visibility is good.

Dislikes

Hierarchy is bad and lot of politics within the senior leaders, where they dont let the real talent grow within the company. its all about referrals and recommendations. This applies only for support, admin, finance, recruitment and HR roles. Engineering team is good.

Learning was good. There is very good breakfast in the office. Cleanliness is highly appreciable.

Dislikes

No work life balance. People are highly pressurized here. Contractors get a different tag as well as chairs and not invited for trainings.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
