Dislikes

1. No work life balance 2. Put into other teams nowhere related to core domain due to resource crunch 3. Laid off employees immediately without prior notice due to cost cutting 4. Office is gloomy & has no flexibility 5. Less appraisal 6. Outdated technology 7. Employees are treated like cattle
