I don't like anything about MaxisIT

Dislikes

1. No work life balance 2. Put into other teams nowhere related to core domain due to resource crunch 3. Laid off employees immediately without prior notice due to cost cutting 4. Office is gloomy & has no flexibility 5. Less appraisal 6. Outdated technology 7. Employees are treated like cattle

It's a 20 years company. Trying hard to transform from head hunters to product based for past 20 years. I wish in next two decades it might happen.
