Fake POSH policy - incident- one Senior Management member is looking at female staffs very inappropriate way , but company doest not took any action against him, instead they removed two female staffs who complained about him. The Female Owner of the company Mrs.Uma is very weird always talks about cast discrimination, talking bad about staff member’s character, abuses staff members whenever she wants, terminates people as per her mood, supports mental harassment, supports bully, very unprofessional and unethical behaviour towards staffs.

All the decision is been taken by her. on the other hand she is very racist and doesnt have much idea about the techology inspite of running a tech company. Politics everywhere, No work life balance sometimes u have to spent more than 12 hours thrice in a week
