The company is full of maharashtrians and they don't give any appraisal .They don't appreciate what you do for the company. They don't know what the production planning team is working.Im for probation for nearly 8 months .They constantly tell you to be polite because they find english a harsh Language.Rupesh Rane Doesn't care how much you do for the company plus he expects more the blocks your appraisal .Vaibhavi ,Jay and Rebecca only micromanaged you by putting cameras where the person is working and complaints the management about you. Jayesh Metha , after getting a pre approval from your boss, you need a Full approval from the director Jayesh Mehta. PLEASE don't join here. You will regret joining this company .

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
