After one week they told they can't afford the package which I asked and offered a very low package saying they don't have budget. If they don't have budget they should have the informed the candidate before doing all this.

1. Compensation is decent 2. Onsite opportunity only for people close to HR team will get easily 3. Policies could be more strong, Some Black sheep are misuse it.

The culture and the people around are really good, knowledgeable, supportive and fun to work with. You would get a taste of both functional as well as technical stuffs in some projects too which is really helpful.

Leave policies are just average, pay scale is average and onsite pay is way too less in some projects
