...et you use the full benefit of that leave. So basically it's just a showcase. 3. Appraisal meeting/Salary. The manager will decide your rating and then come to an appraisal meeting. I never faced this or heard this but it happened in my case.

Company culture - No strict hierarchy structure, Tolerance level is high, higher managers are easily reachable and your feedbacks are addressed then and there. Onsite opportunities(Before pandemic)

low Salary slab when compared to marked standard

The culture and the people around are really good, knowledgeable, supportive and fun to work with. You would get a taste of both functional as well as technical stuffs in some projects too which is really helpful.

Leave policies are just average, pay scale is average and onsite pay is way too less in some projects

...t find a suitable role. If you're considering a job offer from them, be careful. Job security is uncertain there, especially if your salary is high (like 20LPA or more), as you might be one of the first they let go.
