...l or onsite opportunities for Developer. Doesn't recruit Fresher with that ease. Sometimes while hiring Salary criteria is a bit biased as they don't consider experience but only consider the previous/current CTC, so tackle appropriately while interview.

All of things you will dislike. You will be in constant threat from your manger to pay your salary back/ head will roll (do not know from where he gets this phrase I hope he read this.) if any minor bug is found during development. Hint:: He always give example of Aeroplane. Imagine you are travelling in aeroplane and software is developed by you.

Very toxic culture, unrealistic deadline - task worth 3 month is to be completed 2-3 weeks, Horrible work life balance, Least Job Security, Managers are gods here - you need to be available whenever they need not the other way around.
