The companies management works on referrals, if you are skilled enough to qualify for higher position you'll not be selected since they've already selected someone they knew from previous company who came into this one. No one listens to issues happening in company.

Job security is good here, work culture the most is not good everything need to depend on others, management poor decisions and company good policies applicable who will work like robot.

No hike, no travel, and no proper skill development scope for learning due to hectic work timings, work environment depends on team to team and no work life balance.

You will be in constant threat from your manger to pay your salary back/ head will roll (do not know from where he gets this phrase I hope he read this.) if any minor bug is found during development.
