...rk life balance. Not good for those people who are married. Lot of work burden. No salary as per work. Very few activities other than work. Expects to work even after office hours. Don't care about the employees as other companies do. Employees has to think before taking their own leaves. Overall we lose our own freedom.

All of things you will dislike. You will be in constant threat from your manger to pay your salary back/ head will roll (do not know from where he gets this phrase I hope he read this.) if any minor bug is found during development. Hint:: He always give example of Aeroplane. Imagine you are travelling in aeroplane and software is developed by you.

Very toxic culture, unrealistic deadline - task worth 3 month is to be completed 2-3 weeks, Horrible work life balance, Least Job Security, Managers are gods here - you need to be available whenever they need not the other way around.
