No hike, no travel, and no proper skill development scope for learning due to hectic work timings, work environment depends on team to team and no work life balance.

...tion.Poor management. work life balance is hell.Most of the time Nodes are down.The only good thing here is compensation.They can force you to work on sat and sunday too.Not recommend.I got thyriod and wanted to quit still they recovered money from me even though they were aware of the fact lil tension in thyriod is dangerous.They dont have work ethics

You will be in constant threat from your manger to pay your salary back/ head will roll (do not know from where he gets this phrase I hope he read this.) if any minor bug is found during development.
