You will be in constant threat from your manger to pay your salary back/ head will roll (do not know from where he gets this phrase I hope he read this.) if any minor bug is found during development. Hint:: He always give example of Aeroplane. Imagine you are travelling in aeroplane and software is developed by you.

Very toxic culture, unrealistic deadline - task worth 3 month is to be completed 2-3 weeks, Horrible work life balance, Least Job Security, Managers are gods here - you need to be available whenever they need not the other way around.

Company/Manager policies for Promotions, Salary and Appraisal. Overall company culture is extremely boring for IT company standards Salary is not based on skillset or contribution, rather based on number of years experience

Job security is good here, work culture the most is not good everything need to depend on others, management poor decisions and company good policies applicable who will work like robot.

Dislikes

No hike, no travel, and no proper skill development scope for learning due to hectic work timings, work environment depends on team to team and no work life balance.
