Behavior of all the staff members & All staff members are helpful.All are ready to help others. And i m working as a export executive & customer problem solving.So most of the time i have to talk with international people which is good for me and i have learnt many things by this . Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work with collaboration.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
