I have been working at Matrixcare more than 6 years. I had a wonderful journey with various team and different technologies. I have learned lot and management gave the opportunities to expose my skills and knowledge.

Dislikes

Throughout my Matrixcare journey I have been more productive but the only disappointment is salary revision. Even though I got the good performance appraisal, my salary slab is not in the market range. I request management to revise the salary at least 3/4 years once for good resources.

MatrixCare India is one of the fine employers I have been part of in my career. I got good support from management and their friendly nature helped me build a good rapport with them quickly. When it comes to work, I've been given equal opportunity in professional and personal front. Lot of learning opportunities and still coming... I really enjoy working for MatrixCare India!!

Transforming into strong R&D atmosphere.Those who want learn and evolve this is best place one can expect.Not every health domain contains tech stack but matrix care is quite different from it.lot of new things to learn and evolve.

It’s not a dislike.Just to say Great things take time worth waiting for cloud transformation and better saas solutions.

Job security is terrible after acquisition by Resmed they fired many during 2022 Mar, then they fired again in june 2023. Promotion is rare and slow, appraisals are basic. Learning culture not promoted.
