This was the worst company I have ever worked with. Salaryis low Working hours are more. In covid you were forced to come to office. And even asked to work on Saturday. They consider highly graduated students as workers. If you are late by one minute your half-day salary will be cut. Seniors are pathetic they themselves doesn't know what is going on in the IT industry but consider themselves as subject matter expert and treats juniors as if they are fools. There is no role for business analyst as such in this company they just Rick you in it.

...There's bug in your code that will ask you so many questions why, how, what etc. Also salary will be deducted for each bug. To get salary hike you have to become favourite of your manager. New employee will not get much salary hike. There are couple of old employee they will always get good hike even twice a year. Because those are favourite employees.

... recommended company. You can get real technical work which improve your skills. Pay scale is also good. One of the most pros for Gujarati and technical skilled person is that you don't need to have fluent English. Company just focus on your technical skills.

Dislikes

Fired ratio is very high so must focus on your performance. Too much process overhead. Company don't have future vision and they don't upgrade with new technologies. Generally you have to lost Company Performance Intensive which is near about 5% of your CTC.

5 day working in mechanical domain company. Working in that domain, where technology movie very fast and in lightning speed. Dozens of competitors are in the same domain, including China. IPVS-CCTV Domain is very wide with different engineering domain and technology. You will learn optics, Electromagnetic, electromechanical domain. ( In mechanical engineering department).

...g Mechanical designers to make Injection molding mold and HPDC molds in 4 weeks. Purchase team members knows your salary, and Company working in security domain. ( No integrity and Data security inside the company, God knows how Customers trusting them for data security). Standard timeline: 1. Mold making and T0 samples: 4 weeks 2. CNC prototype: 5 days 3. Complete whole camara design: 5 days

Good work-life balance. Job security. Good place for new joiners in order to gain knowledge and experience. Good canteen.

Dislikes

Slow promotions. Low salary compared to Industry standard. Risk of inter-departmental changes.
