...ront of everyone. You have to beg for your release letter and Experience letter. They will keep 15 days salary and say that they will pay this with the experience letter. But after begging you will get your experience letter but you will never get your 15-day salary.

I joined at this company as fresher, worked as PHP Developer around 1.5 yrs. You can learn lot of things if you are proactive.

Most of the project is maintenance or support project. If you are lucky you will get development project.

Almost all the teammates and colleagues were good, jolly and helpful.management was good and cooperative.Office environment was nice , festivals are celebrated together,they organize a annual tour.overall the company is good

Unfortunately I got a team lead who had some psychological problems.he had other intentions except helping me to learn.He interrupted in my concentration and normal life.He is such a worst person I have ever seen in my life.he didn't have any self Respect even.otherwise if you get a good team lead you can happily learn here.

The company is open to innovation and use latest technology. Working environment and process of working is very good. Delivers high quality product. Always salary on time and other benefits are high. Relatioship between bosses and employees are good.

Work pressure are very high. So sometimes have to work 12 hours of a day.
