Good ambience with good working environment. Staff is also cooperative.

The main reason of dislike is the salary structure that is not up to the expectations and according to the skills employees have. Somehow biased in salary structure. The other reason is that there is no proof of as an employee as no offer letter provided till now.

I worked there before my marriage when it was a startup. Management is good and supportive. I left only because of my marriage otherwise I was satisfied working there. My team was also great.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
