1. Salary compared to 2000’s paycheck, and as per HR it’s market standard 2. Like a big MNC which thinks india as a hub for less money will work 24*7 3. Won’t fire anyone but would make scenarios as such that the employee would eventually leave 4. No retain policy, as they think MasterCard is a brand anyone would die to replace you. ( 5-6 position have been closed in a year as no one joined as replacement this is the brand value) 5. Acquires small companies and then treat their employees as step employees

The worst place I worked in my past 10 plus years of work life. Mastercard is a political firm than a corporate office. If anyone getting any offer, just try to understand the team and members before stepping into the team or ask any colleagues who are working at MC. Very old applications. Improvements are there but lots of issues clients will hate or disturbed while working with MC multiple applications.

Dislikes

Nothing more to like at MC than a brand name. Always remember brand is nothing whoever is giving better package and better work life balance stay with them for long.

Very good work culture. Good appraisal and bonus Good infrastructure Values the employees when they leave the organisation 😀

- Politics in promotion, your relationship with management is more important than your performance to get promoted - Work culture is depends on team/manager in many case - Wrost HR Services - So many benefits but can't utilise them due to wrost HR services

I am working since 7yrs in Mastercard The company policies, work culture are good. You can easily do internal job change and career movement. Overa it's good experience.

Salary hike is not enough as compared with other companies.

...gineering folks got the benefits. Monopoly of some people in certain projects. No diversity in compensation - 2 team members playing the same role have a huge difference in the salary component.
